Herbal supplements
milled in Lisbon

Our idea

One plant in every capsule. Grown in the open, dried in the shade, and left exactly as it is.

01

Whole plant

We mill the whole root, leaf, seed or flower. No isolated extracts, nothing standardised in a lab.

02

Small batches

Each harvest is dried and milled on its own, so every bottle can be traced back to one field and one season.

03

Plain capsules

A plant-based shell and the herb inside it. No fillers, no flow agents, no added colour.

The range

Eight plants,
one at a time

Pick the plant you know. Every bottle holds a single herb, so you always know what you are taking.

From field to capsule

Four slow steps,
no shortcuts

  1. 01

    Grow

Herbs are grown outdoors by farmers we know, in soil that suits each plant.

  2. 02

    Dry

Picked by hand and dried slowly in the shade to keep colour, scent and oils.

  3. 03

    Mill

Milled cold, in small lots, just before filling. Nothing sits around as powder.

  4. 04

    Fill

Packed into plant-based capsules and amber glass, which keeps the light out.

Our story

Folia means
leaves

It started in a kitchen in Lisbon, with the jars most families keep somewhere: a flower for the summer, a leaf for the night, a seed for everything else.

We wanted those same plants in a form that travels, without turning them into something else on the way. So we kept the recipe short: one herb, one capsule, one honest label.

Good to know

Questions,
answered plainly

Are the capsules vegan?

Yes. The shell is made from plant cellulose, and there is nothing inside it but the herb.

Why whole herbs and not extracts?

Extracts concentrate one compound. We prefer the plant the way it has always been used, with everything it naturally contains.

Can I take more than one at the same time?

Most people combine two or three. If you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, check with your doctor first.

How should I store the bottle?

Somewhere cool and dry with the lid closed. The amber glass protects the herbs from light.

How long does a bottle last?

Between one and two months, depending on the herb. The daily amount is printed on every label.
